We can provide assistance with comparator sourcing, overencapsulation of supplies, taste masking, primary and secondary packaging, and interfacing of logistics CTM’s with Interactive Voice Recognition Systems (IVRS) requirements.

Our supply chain experts work closely with Sponsors’ clinical teams and CROs to coordinate manufacturing planning for start-up quantities of supply patient kits and continuous stock monitoring, using patient enrollment data to plan resupply to the sites.

Effective management of clinical supply inventories ensures the continuity of supply, thereby avoiding catastrophic problems that can result from shortages in the middle of a clinical trial.
