Associate Director of Quality Systems

Jennifer has an extensive background in various Quality systems including documentation, training, change control and inventory management within pharmaceutical and medical device industries.   She is highly experienced in the design and implementation of electronic document management systems to effectively store and track documentation for both manufacturing production, including global supply chains, returned goods (RGP), vendor qualification, tracking, management and audit planning/scheduling processes.   Jennifer has drafted procedural documentation (policies, guidelines, SOP, work instructions) and trained employees on a wide range of Quality Systems programs.    She assists clients with developing Inspection Readiness Plans to meet corporate objectives.  Jennifer is Six Sigma Green Belt and Design Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
