David has in-depth experience in the development, validation and transfer of methods, domestically and internationally, as per FDA, ICH and VICH guidelines, using internal and external resources. He has created and implemented corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans in response to regulatory findings while minimizing laboratory impact. David has been highly successful in resolving laboratory Quality issues. He works as a technical liaison for clients, analyzing data and presenting results concisely and coherently. He has audited CROs and participated in PAI readiness. David has held positions in the laboratory and senior management, working at Pfizer (Wyeth, Warner-Lambert), J&J (Ethicon, Cordis) and The Liposome Co.
